Si te das cuenta la mayor\u00eda de personas que se empe\u00f1an cambiarle el nombre al SEO una y otra vez. Igual te acuerdas del FEO para optimizar para Facebook y otros nombres que sobre todo gente que no lleva mucho tiempo en esto, rebautiza, creo que para hacerse un hueco en un nicho menos competido que en el cl\u00e1sico SEO.\u00a0<\/p><p>En este art\u00edculo no solo voy a dar mi opini\u00f3n sobre este intento de cambio de nombre, no te preocupes, tambi\u00e9n quiero mostrarte consejos para conseguir autoridad en estos motores generativos y que para m\u00ed son motores de b\u00fasqueda igualmente ya que queremos aparecer en ellos cuando un usuario realiza cualquier tipo de consulta. Vamos, el SEO de toda la vida sobre otro tipo de motor de b\u00fasqueda. De todos modos, si quieres llamarle GEO, adelante. Yo mismo le llamo GEO para distinguirlos \ud83d\ude09 . Lo que s\u00ed te recomiendo es ser coherente. En muchos sitios donde leo inicialmente GEO, luego lo explican de este modo:\u00a0 \u00abel GEO es mejorar la <strong>visibilidad en los motores de b\u00fasqueda <\/strong>basados en Inteligencia Artificial\u00bb\u00a0 No s\u00e9, creo que si en tu descripci\u00f3n de GEO a\u00f1ades \u00abmotores de b\u00fasqueda\u00bb, podr\u00edas seguir llam\u00e1ndole SEO.\u00a0<\/p><p>Bueno, ahora en serio. El SEO para motores de b\u00fasqueda generativa como <strong>ChatGPT y SearchGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot o Google AI Overviews, AI Mode de Google, entre otros, <\/strong>tiene ciertas peculiaridades que debes tener en cuenta<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf93ce8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cf93ce8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>\u00bfEs importante entender el cambio de paradigma?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cbd768 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1cbd768\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Claro que s\u00ed. Creo que no es necesario que te diga, que la gente (incluida t\u00fa) est\u00e1 cambiando la forma en la que realiza las b\u00fasquedas y los soportes o plataformas que utiliza para ello. No te preocupes que a inteligencia artificial no ha venido a sustituir el SEO. Ha venido a darle otra capa m\u00e1s profunda y conversacional a la que tenemos que adaptarnos. F\u00edjate en los cambios para conseguir autoridad y popularidad donde las menciones de marca toman el protagonismo sobre los cl\u00e1sicos backlinks. De ah\u00ed que para conseguir esa autoridad se est\u00e9n priorizando <a href=\"https:\/\/affinitypro.io\/es\/blog\/seo-ai\/\">estrategias de PR<\/a> sobre estrategias que se basan puramente en conseguir enlaces con DR. Si me conoces, llevo muchos a\u00f1os con este discurso. No es algo que venga del nuevo SEO de 2025 ni nada parecido. Pero vamos con algunos conceptos b\u00e1sicos:\u00a0<\/p><p>T\u00e9cnicamente esta ser\u00eda una comparativa: SEO vs GEO<br \/>&#8211; SEO: Descubrimiento en motores de b\u00fasqueda tradicionales<br \/>&#8211; GEO en asegurar visibilidad en IA<br \/>No s\u00e9. Yo creo que ambos deben estar pendientes de la otra parte. por lo que el SEO debe ser GEO y al rev\u00e9s. Sin SEO no\u00a0 hay GEO, vamos.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00eed18 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00eed18\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>\u00bfEntonces, ahora el SEO se llama GEO?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f24966 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f24966\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si has llegado hasta aqu\u00ed y <strong>piensas que lo que digo es que no ha cambiado nada. Te equivocas. Ha cambiado y mucho.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Si h<strong>as entendido que el SEO est\u00e1 muerto<\/strong> y que ahora solo hay que pensar en GEO y que si tienes a un equipo de SEO contratado, lo despidas y contrates GEOs. <strong>Te equivocas m\u00e1s a\u00fan<\/strong>.\u00a0 De hecho te recomiendo que no te f\u00edes mucho de alguien que se identifique \u00fanicamente como GEO porque denota que de SEO sabe poco y ya sabes, sin SEO&#8230;<\/p><p>Lo que pretendo trasmitir en este art\u00edculo es que los SEOs tenemos que adaptarnos como lo hemos hecho hasta ahora y entender las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y formas de b\u00fasqueda tal y como hemos hecho en mi caso desde 2002. Ya os digo que hemos vivido los m\u00e1s viejunos cambios tan potentes como este de la IA a los que nos hemos tenido que adaptar.\u00a0<\/p><p>Te recomiendo una serie de cap\u00edtulos de SEO By LMV que ha hecho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/luismvillanueva\/?originalSubdomain=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Luis M. Villanueva<\/a> con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/alejandro-novoa-gonzalez\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alex Novoa<\/a>\u00a0 llamado acrtadamente, seg\u00fan mi opini\u00f3n personal, SEO para LLMs, donde explican perfectamente c\u00f3mo adaptarse a los cambios y entender c\u00f3mo funcionan los buscadores de IA generativa porque como dice Luisma si no entiendes c\u00f3mo funciona, no puedes optimizar tu SEO.
